For toy sanitisation, we use baby-safe antimicrobial products you can trust around little ones. For all other reset tasks, we use your household's own dedicated cleaning products — which means we follow your preferences, respect any allergies or sensitivities, and never introduce a product into your home that you haven't chosen.
For the same reason, we ask that each household provides its own vacuum cleaner, mop, and basic cleaning tools. This keeps everything strictly hygienic: your equipment stays in your home and is never shared between households, so there's no risk of anything being carried in from somewhere else. You can note your products and any preferences during your Day One Home Visit, and we'll follow them for every session.

For your child's safety, a parent or authorised guardian must accompany our assigned specialist on the first 3 days of school pick-up to familiarise them with the school's collection procedures, collection point, preferred route home, and any important instructions.
By engaging this service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with school pick-up and confirm that you are comfortable with the arrangement. Parents are responsible for ensuring that the assigned specialist is properly authorised to collect the child and that all information and instructions provided are accurate and up to date.
School pick-up services are subject to the school's collection policies, parent authorisation, and the assigned specialist's availability.

What if something goes missing?
For everyone's protection, we recommend that cash, jewellery, important documents, and other valuables are kept securely stored during Home Reset visits.
While FreshHausCare is not liable for the loss of unsecured valuables or personal belongings, we take any concerns seriously. If an item is believed to be missing, please let us know promptly and we will investigate the matter as quickly as possible.
